Peanut Butter Cups
These are PERFECT when you are really craving a Reese’s but you know that it isn’t in your best interest to have one. It’s important to have balance in your life, so try these yummy peanut butter cups when you are in need of some chocolate and peanut butter!

What You Need:
-1 banana sliced into 12 even rounds
-1 ½ cups of dark chocolate chips
-1 teaspoon coconut oil
-1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
-Silicone mini muffin trays (normal size are ok if need be)

How To Make:
-Melt chocolate chips completely and then stir in the coconut oil. Our go-to for melting chocolate chips is the microwave for 30-seconds at a time and stirring in between.
-Add some of the melted chocolate to the bottom of silicone mini muffin trays (about 1sp.)
-Freeze for about 10 minutes.

-Next, add a banana slice on top and 1tsp of peanut butter. Freeze that for about 10 minutes.

-Finally cover the cups with the remaining melted chocolate and then freeze.
-When you’re ready to enjoy, take out of the freeze and let them thaw for about 5 minutes.

Enjoy!
