Not So Basic Smoothies
We LOVE smoothies! They are a simple go-to breakfast (or lunch) when you are in a hurry but still want something healthy. Here are a few not so basic smoothie recipes for you to try out at home!
The Power Up Smoothie:
-1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup low fat milk or water
-2 tbsp. peanut butter
-2 bananas
-1/2 cup frozen spinach (if you use fresh spinach, be sure to add ice)
-2 scoops Pescience Protein Powder (any flavor)
-2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
This will make 2 servings! Save one for later by putting it in the fridge.
Sweetie Smoothie:
-1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup low fat milk or water
-1 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
-1 cup frozen spinach
-1 banana
-2 scoops Pescience Protein Powder
-2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
This will make 2 servings! Save for later by putting it in the fridge.
